Our continuing education classes include:

Awareness to Combat Depression (Tuesday 9.30am)
Explore empowering ways of living with, coping with and healing depression using music, drama, chat and meditation.
Cost: €80 for 10 weeks.

Current Affairs (Monday/Tuesday 9.30am)
Discuss the news of the week and analyse the background to the stories through input and debate.
Cost: €65 for 27 weeks

Enjoying Literature (Friday 11.30 a.m.)
An interesting journey through books, poetry & biographies with maybe a bit of poetry writing.
Cost: TBC

Know your Rights (TBC but usually after Christmas)
Learn more about the legal system including family law, wills & probate,  consumer rights and social welfare law, employment & equality issues and freedom of information. Course takes place after Christmas.
Cost €10 for 7 weeks

Enjoy learning Irish at a variety of levels – a special Fáilte for beginners. Our Irish for Parents course is specifically geared towards teaching parents/guardians everyday Irish to use with their children at home.

Understanding History
Improve your knowledge of local and national history in a relaxed setting. Includes visits to relevant historical sites.

Understanding the Landscape & Aspects of World Geography
Two opportunities to examine and explore aspects of geography and environmental issues in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Cost: €65 for 27 weeks.
